The Candle Is Burning
The candle is burning too much
For both the plant and misses
Reality somewhere out of touch
But still there’s hope for kisses
Affection is sometimes strange
Its threads not always too clear
But how love their knots arrange
Is not theme of the poem here
It’s rather to observe and make
A love story that is still untold
How eyes of two beings awake
And can’t their fervor longer hold
Uh (the frog)
I think she loves
Mr. Plant
Though he's a bit
Like an ant
She’s the girl
With the earring
And always through
The canvas staring
He has fire
In his big bud
But perhaps he
Loves her not
(Heard conversation between 2 smelly clogs):
Limerick
There's a girl with an earring
That is oddly now wearing,
A large gas mask
Don't wonder or ask,
Maybe she's only smell swearing!
